Customer Service Associate

Division: Traffic

To ensure that our customer's needs are met efficiently and effectively, this role includes direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to deliver high-quality signage solutions.

  • Full training will be provided for all software used in the overall sales and service process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up.
  • Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Handle order modifications and cancellations as needed
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering concerns

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
