Sign Assembly – Dipping & Coating Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dipping and Coating Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for, loading racks, dipping blanks into the dipping tank, unloading racks, and keeping track of product. As well as measuring and recording the chemical content of the dipping tank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dipping and coating
  • Prepare materials and solutions for coating processes.
  • Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Perform routine cleaning of equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Hours of Work

  • 4-day workweek, Monday - Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.
  • No travel required
