Newman Print is seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to support both our sales and production operations. This position involves building strong customer relationships, preparing quotes, recommending products and services, and communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person. The role also includes occasional on-site measurements of vehicles, trailers, and other projects to ensure accurate production specifications. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist with various shop and production tasks such as finishing banners, cutting materials, and supporting daily workflow. Strong communication, organization, basic math, and measurement skills are essential, along with the ability to work safely in a hands-on production environment.
