Newman Outdoor Attends 2024 ND Travel Industry Conference

As they have for decades, Newman Outdoor Advertising attended and had a booth at the North Dakota Travel Industry Conference (NDTIC). This year’s conference was held in Fargo, April 8-10th. The NDTIC is a fantastic event that brings tourism directors and CVB executives from all over the state, along with their marketing managers, all together in one place to some extreme networking and continuing education.

The North Dakota Department of Commerce Tourism & Marketing Division, Destination Marketing Association of North Dakota and the Fargo-Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau co-hosted the event this year – that featured national speakers and the Governor’s Award for Travel and Tourism.

Three Newman Outdoor employees attended the event. Billboard Sales Consultant based out of Bismarck, Kris Smrekar – Billboard Sales Representative based out of Jamestown, Felicia Sargeant, and Newman Outdoor Marketing Manager, Tanea Clocksene. Kris also sat in on the annual meeting for the Travel Alliance Partnership that is held in conjunction with the NDTIC.

Newman Outdoor Advertising recognizes the importance of tourism along with the positive economic impact that it can bring to communities large and small all over North Dakota.

The 2025 North Dakota Travel Industry Conference will be held in Minot, April 28th-30th. You can guarantee that Newman Outdoor Advertising will be there.
