Customer Service Associate

NEWMAN TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT

This position would involve assisting our sales representatives with servicing existing customer accounts, obtaining orders and establishing new customer accounts. As a Customer Service Associate, orders must be processed in an accurate and timely manner, all while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Attention to detail, being organized and having a willingness to learn, are essential attributes required for this position. We would love to have you join the Newman team!

CAREER DETAILS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide assistance to our Sales Representatives
  • Assist in preparing quotes for customers
  • Proof sign layouts
  • Generate orders upon quote approval
  • Assist customers with any questions they may have about their order
  • Organize and file paperwork

HOURS OF WORK

  • 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri)
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • No travel required

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma / GED
